BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy, SST
James qualified in Sports Therapy from Teeside university. Over the past 8 years James has worked in private practise and has gained a high reputation, especially for his hands on work. Throughout this time, James has enhanced his treatment styles and techniques by working along side other experienced therapists, participating in in house training and external courses to perfect his craft. He has recently completed a cupping therapy course and offers this unique style of treatment in his sessions.
James has a particular interest in the body biomechanics and training techniques. In his previous job he created, developed and worked within a running clinic. Here he worked closely with runners with pain or restricted potential. He helped them over come their barriers with treatment, rehabilitation and running specific training to help improve their running biomechanics.
