Yoga is an ancient form of exercise dating back 5,000 years that focuses on flexibility, strength and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga has been found to be beneficial in improving posture and balance by strengthening ones body and optimising its function.
Is yoga right for me?
If you are wanting to become more mobile for day-to-day activities or for your chosen sport then yoga is the perfect for you. Gemma our qualified instructor has years of experience working with a variety of people and will adapt and alter all exercises to suit your level.
At Releaf Physio we offer both class or 1-1 sessions.
