Brian qualified from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh achieving a distinction at MSc level. Over the years he has dedicated his time between the NHS and private sector, from this he has gained extensive knowledge working with a variety of people and conditions.

He has a keen interest in sports injuries and has worked with some notable organisations such as Heart F.C. and Northumbria University. Brian is qualified in various treatment techniques such as acupuncture and joint manipulations which allow him to vary his treatment approaches and deliver the best quality care.

Katy-maire qualified as a Sports Therapist 3 years ago. Throughout this time, Katy-marie has enhanced her treatment styles and techniques by working alongside other experienced therapists, participating in in house training and external courses to perfect his craft. She has completed a cupping therapy course and offers this unique style of treatment in her sessions.

Katy-marie also offers acupuncture treatment.

John is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from Northumbria University. With his experience working in both the NHS and private practice, John has honed his skills and gained valuable insights into the field of physiotherapy.

In addition to his primary qualifications, John holds certifications in level 3 sports massage and personal training, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development. His profound interest in sports and gym-related injuries make him a knowledgeable resource for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

John’s involvement in high-level rugby has afforded him the opportunity to collaborate closely with Sports Physiotherapists and Strength and Conditioning coaches from an early stage. This experience has helped shape a thorough understanding of the how the body functions and the processes involved in elite-level training and rehabilitation.

Ultimately, John prides himself on his care and attention to detail to provide a high-quality service, whether that be in the gym, on the field or getting you back to doing what you love.

Jack graduated from Teesside University just over a year ago and has over 3 years of experience working with football teams and semi-professional athletes – helping them recover from injury and return to the game stronger than ever.

He’s also qualified in cupping therapy, which offers a unique approach to soft tissue release.

As a keen footballer and runner himself, Jack understands how frustrating injuries can be. That’s why he’s passionate about helping others get back to doing what they love – whether that’s playing sport or simply enjoying everyday activities pain-free.
