Briain qualified from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh achieving a distinction at MSc level. Over the years he has dedicated his time between the NHS and private sector, from this he has gained extensive knowledge working with a variety of people and conditions.

He has a keen interest in sports injuries and has worked with notable organisations including Heart F.C. and Northumbria University. Briain is qualified in a range of treatment techniques, including acupuncture and joint manipulation, and is also undertaking further studies in diagnostic ultrasound. This allows him to vary his treatment approach and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Ellen is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, graduating from Northumbria University 2 years ago. She is passionate about helping people move confidently and recover from pain or injury, providing clear assessment, personalised treatment, and practical rehabilitation programs shaped around your goals.

Ellen has worked across both the NHS and private practice treating a wide range of MSK conditions, including back and neck pain, joint and tendon issues, and sports‑related injuries. Ellen’s approach is supportive and collaborative, and she aims to help you understand your body, feel stronger in everyday life and get you back to doing what you love.

John is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from Northumbria University. With his experience working in both the NHS and private practice, John has honed his skills and gained valuable insights into the field of physiotherapy.

In addition to his primary qualifications, John holds certifications in level 3 sports massage and personal training, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development. His profound interest in sports and gym-related injuries make him a knowledgeable resource for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

John’s involvement in high-level rugby has afforded him the opportunity to collaborate closely with Sports Physiotherapists and Strength and Conditioning coaches from an early stage. This experience has helped shape a thorough understanding of the how the body functions and the processes involved in elite-level training and rehabilitation.

Ultimately, John prides himself on his care and attention to detail to provide a high-quality service, whether that be in the gym, on the field or getting you back to doing what you love.

Jack graduated from Teesside University just over a year ago and has over 3 years of experience working with football teams and semi-professional athletes – helping them recover from injury and return to the game stronger than ever.

He’s also qualified in cupping therapy, which offers a unique approach to soft tissue release.

As a keen footballer and runner himself, Jack understands how frustrating injuries can be. That’s why he’s passionate about helping others get back to doing what they love – whether that’s playing sport or simply enjoying everyday activities pain-free.
