Is physiotherapy right for me?
- The answer is Yes if you have a condition that is restricting your ability to perform your daily activities.
- There are many approaches that can be taken to help improve and return you to normal activities with limited to no restrictions.
Does the clinic accept health insurance?
We participate in the majority of major health insurance plans including Aviva, Axxa, Vitality Health, simple health etc.
Please contact us prior to your first visit to see if we are recognised with your specific health plan.
What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ATM/Debit cards and cash.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend comfortable loose fitting clothing such as joggers or shorts, a T-shirt or tank-top.
It is advised to wear appropriate clothing so that the physiotherapist can examine your injury thoroughly, for example, ladies are advised to wear a string top if being assessed for a shoulder injury.
What will my first physiotherapy visit consist of?
Your therapist will conduct an initial consultation lasting around 45 minutes, during which time your practitioner will discuss your medical history, perform an examination and apply necessary physiotherapy treatment.
This evaluation is necessary to create a program designed specifically to address your needs for a maximum recovery.
